2011 Waipara Sauvignon Blanc
The 2011 harvest produced an excellent crop at full fruit ripeness. Harvest was carried out over two days. After cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks for fruit retention, the wine had extended lees contact before being fined, filtered and bottled. This wine is highly aromatic with notes of pineapple and passionfruit. The well weighted palate of tropical fruits is superbly balanced by vibrant, fresh acidity, and compliments the excellent texture and lengthy finish of this dry wine.
2010 Waipara Sauvignon Blanc
A ripely scented wine with intense aromas of pineapple and lemons. The palate has power and depth with lively acidity and a well-rounded finish.
